Description

NSD-IN-2 (compound 151) is a potent and irreversible NSD1 inhibitor. NSD-IN-2 can be used in research of cancer.

Biological activity

In Vitro NSD-IN-2 (Compound 151) (10 μM, 20 h) forms a covalent protein adduct with NSD1. NSD-IN-2 rdecresaes H3K36me2 recruitment on KLF9 promoter in chondrocytes.
