Description

phthalazinone 24 is a potent Antifungal Synergy of Phthalazinone with Azoles Against Candida albicans (EC50 =1 nM).

Biological activity

In Vitro Antifungal agent 35 (compound 24) (0.0015-15 mM; C. albicans) inhibits fungal cell growth in a dose-dependent manner with EC50 value of 0.001 µM in the presence of fluconazole. Antifungal agent 35 (compound 24) (0.0015-15 mM; C. albicans) shows potent activities (EC50 < 1 μM) against all resistant isolates in the presence of fluconazole.
